How will my delivery be shipped?

We ship via UPS, USPS and local logistics, which can be selected on the checkout page. If you need it sent by other methods, please contact us before making an order. 

How long does delivery take?

Orders will be submitted to our warehouse shipping system within 24-48 hours after we receive payment. Packages generally arrive within 2-8 days(UPS) or 5-15 days(USPS or local logistics). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Package lost and liability determination
The recipient is responsible for all losses if the postal address is wrong, resulting in the parcel not being recovered after delivery.

What are the shipping costs? 
For the majority of countries, orders exceeding $200 qualify for complimentary shipping. 
For selected countries or when opting for expedited commercial shipping services, customers may choose commercial express delivery at a flat rate of $30.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
